「Ben, was extremely understanding that due to the jet fuel situation in the UK, we had to cut our trip short and he was not able to move us to a different day. Outside of expedia's commission he offered to refund a portion of the stay since we couldn't be there that night. Just waiting on Expedia to update it in my account」

「Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. 」

「Fully enjoyed our two nights there with our only issue being the requirement to select menu for breakfast before 8 pm each night. Missed the message on the second night and it clearly was problematic. Our fault but not everyone is watching messages on holiday.」
