“The checkin went well, very friendly and gave us a few extra towels when I asked for some. Bed was comfortable and clean, was nice and cool in the room, quiet, I didn't even hear any traffic noise at all by a main road. Remote didn't work for the TV, but we managed, ice machine was not working, and no vending machines there. Husband didn't like the small room, but I didn't mind it. I think overall it was a nice stay.”

“Ran out is spoons at breakfast. I asked the person who is restocking if they had anymore. Her reply “ nope” and walked away. Kind of hard to eat cereal with a fork”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn in Minot. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed, but what really made this stay exceptional was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. They always greeted me with a smile, were happy to answer questions, and went out of their way to be helpful. It's rare to find a team that consistently provides such……

“Avoid this property. We called ahead on 7/20/26 regarding travel delays and checked in at 11:20 PM. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us our room's door lock was broken, requiring staff to manually unlock it for us. The hotel carpets were filthy, and an unfolded basket of laundry sat right in the lobby. Our room had dog food scattered under the couch. There was no iron or ironing board (staff admitted they had no irons at all), the lobby coffee maker was broken, and "breakfast" is called……

“The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was very quiet. The hot tub was out of order , which was a huge disappointment and one of the reasons I had booked this mini vacation. I was accidentally charged double on my credit card for the room and I’m still waiting for that to be refunded, However, I have been told to contact management if this doesn’t get resolved. The breakfast can use some improvement.”
