"This home is well cared for. We felt very comfortable and rested for nephews wedding on Goat Island. Some of the guests in this house spent time shopping on Thames St. Others went to a Brewery and on our way out of town we stopped at Oyster Fest- this was a great location- My only complaint is that there were only 4 coffee cups but 6 guests, we had to take turns😊"

"Very nice location for a friends or family get together. This is a nice, quiet location if you just want to relax. We had 5 friends staying and it was prefect. 4 bedrooms, with multiple beds in two rooms for kids if you have them. The communication with the owner was excellent. "The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering.
