“The apartment was small but comfortable. Pretty exact to the description provided. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to rest well. Host was nice and communicated parking needs. Overall great stay.”

“What a delightfully unique quiet treasure . Walkable to many local coffee shops, restaurants & sites we were able to find new things every day. The property is lovely and the reservation & follow through during our stay was excellent. Highly recommend and hope to go back.”

“Everything was nice about it the landlord I had a real good time a nice day he felt comfortable like home”

“Great apartment. Has everything you need!”

“The space was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels, soaps, etc. The host was very responsive through email. The only criticism I have is there was no mention of the quite steep staircase to climb in order to gain entrance. Being a senior, although fit, I needed help from my son to get my carryon size suitcase up and down the stairs. I think that should be mentioned in the VRBO posting.”

“This was a clean and very nice place to stay, I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area!”

“Property was clean and felt safe. We would stay again.”

“This was a great location for our trip to a Broncos game. The train is close and takes you right to the field. The view of the city is great. The property is beautiful and the space was very comfortable.”

“It was great!”

“This is a small, functional and convenient location. It has a queen bed and a refrigerator and a microwave but no cooking capability so this is basic living. I liked the space and the location but I was only there 8 hours. Street parking is of course a hassle and in bad weather would have been even more so. But for what it is and what it cost, it worked for me.”

“Cute and clean. Good communication from host”

“As a younger solo female, I felt safe in this neighborhood. Room and main area were also clean and welcoming!”

“Very good host”

“We really like the place. The decor was very nice. The layout of the different rooms/courtyards/terraces/balconies was very quaint. Our only concerns were the toilet that wouldn’t flush and the lighting could have been better. Especially the little kitchen nook, very dark. The placement of the fireplace was a little odd in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The parking was a little difficult and it was a bit hard to find. We would stay there again.”

“It was okay. The place was nice, but getting old for 1900 a night, the shower leaked everywhere, the floors were scratched, the door going to the first balcony was kinda wonky, and sometimes it was a little scary down in that location. But it was fun and host was pretty good. ”

“Perfect location for a weekend of baseball. ”

“We had a great time - huge space and everything was very easy.”
