「The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated with updated furniture and decor. There were adequate amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was medium firm and very comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable.The unit would get humid during the day, and sometimes smelled a little stale when we would return from a day out. We had a lovely view of the river from our balcony, but the pool was right below us and could get noisy at times.

「Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Beachside Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Sand and Surf! From the very start, everything was incredibly smooth—the place was so easy to find, and checking in and out was an absolute breeze.
The location couldn't be better; it is literally right across the street from the beach, making it so convenient to just walk over and enjoy the ocean. We had such a fantastic time here and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. We will absolutely stay here again!」
