“Excellent hotel, great staff!!”

“Did not have breakfast. Property showing age. Walls are not insulated well and you can hear the room next door, and in the hallway. Would not stay on the 1st floor again. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and in a great location.”

“Mage it to room directionswete easy to follow. Room was clean and orderly. Shower is a little old as the doors to open shower were a little hard to slide over. But still very nice bathroom. Closet space really nice. Great amenities microwave and mini fridge . Loved the stay will stay again . ”

“Room was comfortable. Had a noisy evening from the room next door until 10:30. Miami road is nearby. Busy all the time but I wore earplugs and had no major issues. I like the security locks for the property and room as there was no room safe. Very convenient for a one night stay befor heading to the cruise port nearby”

Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”
