“The property was very well maintained,super clean.The bed was very comfortable.The staff were very accommodating & friendly. We were there four nights & really enjoyed it. Ben who greeted us upon arrival was very professional and personable. He answers all your questions and makes sure you enjoy your stay. The cafe on the 1st floor was a nice addition.We"ll be back.”

“The hotel was very nice. My wife and I both enjoyed it. What made this visit very special was Miguel, the front desk manager when I arrived. He was both professional and warm, and was able to accommodate some needs that I had. When I return to Aventura on another trip, I will stay at the Serena and it will bevery largely due to my "loyalty" to Miguel ”

“The showerhead in the bathroom is terrible. No matter how I close the shower curtain, a lot of water always leaks out onto the floor, and in the end the entire bathroom floor gets soaked.”

“The pool was super clean and there is a heater on for cooler days. We asked if they could keep it open for an extra hour as we were arriving late, and the manager made it happen! The apartment was super clean. Loved that they sent us the door code, which was perfect because we arrived at 2am. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The place is really quiet, and you can walk to the beach, about a 5-8 minute walk. The only area that needs……

“While we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed that most of the amenities were not ready yet despite being on the website. The indoor bar and restaurant, the spa, and the gym were not available and when we asked when they’d be operational we were told the bar and restaurant was not going to open until the end of April and the spa and gym they were hoping would be complete by the end of the year. I’d highly suggest removing those amenities from the website if they will not be offered so guests……

“This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”
