The home features a heated pool overlooking the canal and a private dock with direct water access. This paradise lets you fish or simply unwind by grilling or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.

The Accommodation

- Bunk bed with queen-size mattress on the bottom, queen-size mattress on the top, plus an XL twin trundle bed

BATHROOM 1
- Full bathroom en suite with Bedroom 1

BATHROOM 2
- Full bathroom located in the hallway

BATHROOM 3
- Full bathroom located in the garage with access to the pool

You’ll find everything you need for your comfort: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels (for body use only, not for makeup removal), hand towels, and special black washcloths for makeup removal. Please do not flush paper products down the toilet to help us avoid septic tank issues.

Built in 1979, this property has been lovingly renovated with attention to detail to offer not just a place to sleep but a space to create unforgettable memories. You’ll have everything you need to relax, explore, and enjoy to the fullest. We only ask that you help us take care of the home and keep everything in good condition, as if it were your own. We know not everything is perfect, so if something isn’t working properly or you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re just a message away and happy to help.

Other Things to Note:
- No parties, receptions, or events are allowed on the property. Keep music at a moderate level until 10 p.m. and after 9 a.m. to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation and additional fees.

- Responsible fishing: You’re welcome to fish, but please do not cook fish inside the house to avoid unpleasant odors; use the BBQ area or fire pit instead. Do not throw fish remains into the canal, as they may attract alligators. Dispose of waste in the trash bin located on the left side of the house.

- A starter kit of basic supplies is provided for each guest. No additional supplies will be provided once the starter kit is used.

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests at all times.

- Maximum number of vehicles: 4, only in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.

- Parking on the lawn is not allowed.

- Swimming in the canal is not allowed.

- Use the pool, kayaks, gas grill, and fire pit at your own risk.

- Life jackets are provided and must be worn while kayaking. Use all equipment at your own risk and return kayaks and gear to their original place after use.
