“Our favorite place to escape to when we lose power, etc and need to stay close to home but need a comfortable, clean, friendly place to stay. We stayed here for 5 days during a hurricane in 2 rooms with 10 large dogs and the staff was very accommodating. Gave me cleaning supplies, new beddings, towels when I requested - with all those dogs, we preferred to clean the rooms ourselves.”

“Unfortunately both restaurants serve the same thing with no other options other than adding an omelette. However the choices are very kid friendly. The food was all cooked well. We had dinner at the bar/restaurant and I can't rave enough about the blackened salmon. Fantastic chef! Everything there was top service and taste.
The check in desk was where I had issues. My room was prepayed and I found out the next morning the check in staff charged me again. I'm still waiting on my charge card……
