「One guy at the front desk needs to be nice to the customers. He is kind of rude and tell people they need to find a different room. I was having trouble to get in my room and he was so rude and told me that I need to talk to the host and I was talking to the host and the host was so nice to me and told me that I need to go downstairs and we pulled it. Some of your other staff are really nice and some they shouldn’t work there.」
