「The property was quaint and well maintained. The process to book was very easy. Communication were fast and informative. I am semi-handicapped, so the layout and setup was fantastic. It was clean and spacious. Really liked the full size fridge. Have no qualms recommending this establishment. If we get to come back to Berlin, this will be our first choice for lodging.」

「The property was great, everything was as posted in listing. Only problem was the road detour basically right at the driveway...1 a cop was always there not letting people in and 2 our GPS has us going in circles for well over an hour. I would at least warn the next guests, very frustrating. The hot tub was amazing! My only suggestion would be to place some hooks out there for towels.」

「Loved the location, very quiet with a nice view. House was very clean and hot tub was wonderful. Check in was easy and host was very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay again when we're in the area. 」

「Listing and pictures were accurate. Communication with the owner was very easy and response time was excellent. Property is fairly priced, had everything we needed, and convenient to the areas we were there to visit. Very pleased with our stay.」

「Great place to stay!」

「We had a lovely time at the Hilltop Lake house! The view was gorgeous and the private dock was wonderful.Check in was a piece of cake and the kitchen was great.We would have liked a curtain over the bedroom window to block out morning light, but that is nitpicking. Thank you for the use of this lovely home. 」

「House was well set up for our girls weekend away. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of room to relax and we could have invited a couple more lol. Hot tub and showers were fantastic. No complaints and we will be recommending the place to everyone we know that wants to stay in the area.」

「Family friendly duplex, just as listed! Owners are very responsive to any needs. Chinckens were a nice bonus, but beware the rooster. Well lit area right off the main drags, but not terribly busy. Small front and back patio to relax in the sun as well.」

「Nice location on the lake. The home was in excellent shape. Good WiFi. You could swim and fish off of the dock. Two kayaks and a paddle board were available to use. The gas grill was clean. You could paddle across the lake to nice restaurants. The owner was available by text to address any concerns.」

「Nice clean house. The kids had fun with their own little basement "apartment". We got to see lightning bugs, bunnies, and a groundhog that appears to live in the back yard. 」

「Perfect staycation! House was beautiful, clean and so peacefully quiet. The pool was phenomenal!! We will definitely be making this our yearly girls trip getaway home」

「This beautiful cottage was perfect for our stay in Akron. So peaceful on the deck and the table by the lake. Loved mama duck and her 2 babies. Also the resident kitties. The interior of the cottage was very cute, modern and supplied with everything we needed. This rental is a jewel.」
