"At $600 a night can't you buy new pillows- absolutely flat- very old- all of them. I was in room 8, they a floor standing Airconditoner with a hose fitted to the window. Two choices on or off/ on it's too loud to sleep- off it's too hot to sleep. Great location, well maintained, Staff was very nice, enjoyed breakfast and the view."

"What an amazing property! Although our room didn’t have a view, it was hard to escape the ocean view across the beautiful grounds. There were many seating areas to sit and enjoy. The landscaping was beautiful with many varieties of flowers in bloom. The breakfast buffet was ample and varied, plenty to appeal to any appetite, and a bargain compared to other breakfast buffets. The room and general Inn were spotless. The shuttle to the ferry was a nice perk. We even got to visit the farm and its’ animals. The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations from beaches to bike rentals. We would highly recommend this property!"

"Loved the space. We thought an extra mirror or long mirror would be helpful. Hooks for towels or another towel bar would work too maybe e near the sink for hand towels. Aldo a shelf under the sink for toiletries. Just minor things but make a difference. Even a soap dish. We have to use a towel or napkin for soap. Other than that’d everyone was very attentive and helpful for calling cabs etc. we loved the close proximity to everything. Thank you. The AC was awesome too."

"Hotel only opened a year ago and having a nice new room on block island is rare. Loved the place. Great location and wonderful amenities such as roof top deck and trendy restaurant/ bar. The check in process is different but seamless as no lobby."
Walk to Mansion Beach, Large Yard!

"The property as described in the listing was good. We had a great time being all together which was our goal for the week.The property worked well for the large family we had, 12 of us all adults no children. Something to keep in mind we may have not felt the same way if we had to accommodate littles.We needed the space, we were all in a beds. We did not use the bunkhouse however, there is no bathroom in there just a sink with two bunk beds. As stated in the description."
