“Even though the property was recently updated (2022), you can still see some evidence of it being an older property. Regardless, the view was perfect and the staff was very polite and accommodating.”

“Still doing renovations. Avg $125 per night this stay. Unacceptable room condition. First suite was not serviced and had an empty patch of cigarettes, coffee cup from previous guest and an unmade bed. Second room on fifth floor had a torn apart hallway well no carpet. Room was newly renovated, but had no trash cans, tub filled with dirt and dust which I had to clean before use and a tub spigot that pulled out of the wall during use…on top of all that, they still do not offer breakfast because……

“This place is excellent & so is the staff. Spacious rooms, clean spaces and awesome activity center. My only complaint, and it’s kinda a big one…I booked this in December. When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. Of course once we arrived it was……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Breakfast times were limited due to hotel policy, but luckily we were the PM wave.(here for volleyball tournament) We did enjoy the location and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We did mean to try the restaurant right beside the hotel but did not have time. ”

“This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me.……
