Bay watch resort

Rooms were run down and filthy. The furniture was falling apart, pull out couch was broken, safe didn't work, dresser draws were broken, paint chipping off wall, the floor looked like a dirty mop was ran over the floor, carpets in the bedroom had dirt built up on The floors around the bed. The view was beautiful and the amenities were very nice but I will not stay in a Vacasa-managed rental again.

We came at 3:30 to get to check in we didn’t get checked in until 4:30 . Towels and wash clothes ...

We came at 3:30 to get to check in we didn’t get checked in until 4:30 . Towels and wash clothes was not available. My card to get in the room barely worked had to pay 25$ for parking when there wasn’t any room to park . I would never stay again

Great place to stay!!

Great location, so many pools on site. The food at Sandpiper was great, very fast. Bellhop was friendly and helpful at check in! We would stay again.

Neat and Clean--Convenient

Condition of room was very good. Clean and neat. Furnishings were functional. Bed not too hard. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony had decent view of beach even though the room was not "ocean front".

Great resort!

First Stay

This has been one of the most clean hotels I have seen in a long time!!! A lot of hotels advertise cleanliness and they really aren't cleaning properly. Thank you for a great stay!!! The front desk was also very helpful and kind. My family and I will return and enjoyed our stay.
