Our rental property was clean and well appointed, and within easy walking distance to two of our favorite restaurants; Filet’s and Captain Archie’s. We had brought our boat along and, while we were disappointed that there was no trailer parking onsite, there is a public boat launch just next door so we were able to leave our boat and trailer there overnight and keep an eye on it from the condos balcony.

The unit is very dated, old uncomfortable furniture, horrible lighting, just old stuff and uncomfortable beds. Had 3 very old plasma TV's, all of which had issues including one not working at all, the remote control had battery dust leaking from it and the other two remote controls would only turn the TV on, could not change stations. The water view was not nearly as nice as it looked on-line and the building is next store to a cool Biker bar which was very loud almost all of the time. We were hoping for a more quiet stay.

This vacation spot exceeded our original expectations and the pictures do the room no justice! Beautiful room with a great view. Our vacation started peacefully until we noticed there were roaches in the kitchen of our condo... and that disturbed us for the rest of the trip. We did reach out to management- they received our complaint immediately and we're waiting on a reply.

We arrived Friday 7/15/22 we spent 2 nights in rm:326. It was Nice, Clean, Spacious, Comfortable & Quiet. So we decided to stay 1 more night & checkout Monday 7/18/22 our room was already sold, so the receptionist on Saturday 7/16/22 made a Easy, Stress free switch for us from rm:326 to rm:130….Thank you sooooo much for everything! We love traveling, so we will be visiting Harbourgate again very soon….
