The pool cleaner never came, so I ended up cleaning out some trash and leaves. The hot tub had sand in it from the previous guest.The house clean. We did have some plumbing issues, but the most urgent problem was fixed the next morning. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Property management was great, and we would definitely stay again!

February vacation

The property was great. Nice location. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Best part was the heated pool. Even though the temperature was cool we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

1 minute to the sand

2nd row but just a min walk to the beach. In spite of a huge condo bld blocking the view, the location was great! The house can sleep a lot of people ( 7 bedrooms ) and 5 baths. ( The 2 baths upstairs were super small )Lots of deck chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and pool and hot tub to relax

North Myrtle

This house was in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and stores. My family definitely loved the heated pool and hot tub. Maintenance had to come due to the hot tub but they were very quick to respond to me and got there to fix the issue very quick. The beds could really use an update. There could be a few more outlets (it was difficult for our teens) overall we would stay at this house again!!

Great for large group & access to the beach

Access to the beach was super easy and needed to keep the kids in the group entertained. The pool was helpful too but a little cold during our November visit. House accommodated our large group of 9 adults and 9 children. Would stay her again for our annual family gathering.

Great location, plenty of space

Some friends and I take a yearly trip to N. Myrtle Beach. We generally struggle to find a place that will accommodate us, but this place was perfect. Plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great in the afternoons. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Place to stay with a large group

We had 7 of us and this was a lovely location. It had a pool and hottub(which were not the cleanest) but were very nice to use. Everyone got a private bedroom and only shared a few bathrooms. Overall it was a nice VRBO but had defintely seen better days.

Family Trip

Everything was good and went well. Only if the mattresses were a little more comfortable it would’ve made it perfect. Overall though, it was great and turned out as it said it was. And I definitely recommend the house.

Nice spot weird set up. Furniture is dingy and needs a cleaning. Location is perfect!! Water pressure is great the pool and hot tun was a hit with the family and it was pet friendly so definitely would come back!

Perfect for large family

We brought 25 people to the beach and all stayed here. I was skeptical at first because we never have this many people staying under one roof. I was pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and that everyone was comfortable and had a bed to sleep in. The pool is a good size and was nice. There are public walkways just across the street for quick access to the beach. I would recommend this place especially for larger groups

he house was clean, all the beds were very uncomfortable. there was a leak in the bottom bedroom above the bed. it kept the bed wet. I called the property manager they came and took a look at the same day, which was great. It was not fixed during our stay. the property had plenty of room great location.

Plenty of Space

This house was perfectly accommodating for my teammates and I for our weekend tournament. We were happy to find a place that gave every single person a bed to themselves so that we didn’t have to bunk up, causing us to be uncomfortable. With playing all day, as well as, all weekend, being able to fully lay down is a luxury. Really, the only complaint we have is that there weren’t enough actual blankets to go around.

Each family pretty much got their own area for sleeping and we had plenty of shared space for meals and playing games. Pool and hot tub got lots of use and the beach is a short walk. Great area as well. House is a little dated but still great shape. Mattresses are not the best but we never had an issue with hot water even with all 5 showers being used at once and washer. Everyone from 7 to 70 had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don’t have much judgement because we came at a difficult time due to weather issues. We only had to complain due to the ice. We had someone have an accident we called and they basically told us hopefully we didn’t have anywhere to go now that was not a way to resolve our issue. Other than that the stay was okay. The house is a little old so there are some cracks here and there and we found a roach in the pull out couch which may have just came from a previous visit so that’s not on them but it is a nice house to stay for a small getaway.

Bigger than it looks

The house is in a great location. Its onl a walkable block to the beach. The house setup is a little weird. The kitchen is a bedroom away from the dining room. Lots of usable bedrooms though. There was a little black mold in the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The pantry has absolutely no staples like salt, pepper, or anything like that. There needs to be more glasses. There are plenty of mugs. The floor was a little dirty, but management cleaned it right away. Its a great house for lots of people but not the best for entertaining.

Reviewer Comments: House location is great to the beach, just cross the street, and a simple walk. Plenty of parking for all our guests. Was disappointed by the overall space and upkeep of the property. Strange layout for getting together with guests. All parties complained about the beds/mattress, shades were broken, had to put up garbage bags for privacy. Mold on bathroom ceilings.
