The A/C unit was not cooling down the room so the whole stay we were very uncomfortable staying in the room, we decided to cut our trip short and head home because the maintenance man didn’t bother fixing it when we told him about the issue. The pictures of the property were a disappointment to where we actually had to stay. The parking was very limited. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.

Breakfast was included and saved us time and money. Selections were good and the rotation changed daily. Options were plentiful and the quality was good. We were first given a bottom floor room with very limited view- stayed one night-asked to be moved and they accommodated us. Enjoyed the rest of the trip from a 7th floor room with a terrific balcony and beach view!

The room was not the cleanest. There was pee around the toilet and we found food under both beds. Curtains had mildew on them too. Pools are super small even though the pics make them look way bigger. Parking was HORRIBLE!!!! We never could park at the main hotel. I went to breakfast one morning and the line was so long. Come to find out all 3 buildings shared the same location for breakfast. With that said the day time employees were amazing and very personal!!! When I checked in on the 20th around 2:45pm the two ladies working the front desk were the nicest!!!!! One was working today when we checked out at 11am. Best thing about the hotel were those two ladies and how the hotel was directly on the beach. Next time I will probably pay more $$ to stay somewhere else!

I took my granddaughters for a beach weekend. The hotel served our needs just fine. It’s nothing fancy but great because it’s right on the beach. The room needs new pillows and the lazy river is suitable for little kids- not what you get at a resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Housekeeping does not come even after complaining to the front desk multiple times. Micheal the front desk was great. She brought us up towels and toiletries after two days of no housekeeping. I liked the access to the beach and the little beachfront balcony. The room was in pretty run down condition. When we arrived around 4:30 PM the room was dirty and we were told they didn't have another room and we could have it cleaned in the morning. We just opted to clean it ourselves as we didn't want to stay there at all with it dirty. One of the 2 beds was right in the door opening, so bringing things in & out of the room was difficult. We were in a smaller building to the left. There were just about a dozen parking spaces in the front, and most of the week had to park in a parking lot across the street. My car was hit in the night, and they had no cameras on the lot so completely my loss.

This room is disgusting and is definitely not on the water like it’s advertising. I opened the door and saw bugs. The night auditor say me and immediately gave me the key to go see the room.

Staff was friendly and room was decent. Wonderful view. Pool was noisy and dirty looking. Very limited parking on site.

This property’s pictures are not reflective of the actual property. The lazy river was a pond and the pool just looked dirty. This property needs major renovations. The staff was helpful and friendly.
