Extremely satisfied

The floor plan is spacious and laid out very thoughtfully. The kitchen has plenty of silver & glassware. Cooking, toasting, and coffee making is well covered. We wanted for nothing .... except the pool water temp was "one degree " Hot tub made up for it

Washer and dryer and linens had hair and black spots

We arrived late and had to go to management office to pick up the code for the keyless entry. It was not convenient since everything is digitized. My most concern is the washer and dryer are dirty. There are black marks inside the washer and dryer. I used half bottle of Corex to clean the washer, and it took me an hour to get it clean the way I could feel “ok” to clean my family’s clothes. My vacation started with cleaning someone’s washer was not ideal! The linens had hair and black marks. I had to wash them before using.

Nice property, just needs some better attention

I enjoyed my stay in this unit very much. My main concerns were that there were no hand towels included in the linens, no toilet paper in the bathrooms (not even starter rolls), and the cleanliness of the unit was sub-par. If these items are addressed for the future, I would gladly stay here again.
