Trouble

This started out fine and then I got a message from Vacasa needing a picture of my license and a photo of me. Needless to say every picture I tried to use it always said the picture was to blurry., so my reservation was cancelled. I will say the host did refund my money. I'm thankful for that.

Lots of complications

We received a confirmation and then Vacasa popped up. It required taking pictures, which turned out to be a nightmare. Every picture I tried to take - came out blurry no matter what. My reservation was cancelled because of it. I do hope the host will refund our money as twe weren't responsible for the cancellation.
