The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is located beside the hall bathroom. The living room is also directly oceanfront with direct access to the oceanfront balcony.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.
