The condo was very clean and in a great location. My group included 3 senior persons with limited mobility . They also enjoyed the stay. The proximity to the ocean, ease of access and cleanliness - make me rate this place a five of five.

Everything about this stay was great. From the Seaside Vacation Rental company, to the condo, to the rooms tje sat was fantastic. Perfect for the big diverse group we had. Will definitely be looking to rent this condo again!

Loved being right on the beach and enjoyed our balcony every day looking at the ocean. Beach was beautiful! Liked being in No. Myrtle Beach plus it was not far for us to see everything in all of Myrtle Beach!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This VRBO was large and gave us all the space we needed. It was right on the beach with easy access to get in and out to go anywhere. The only comments from my group were that the outside door needs to be cleaned or repainted and the decor could be updated and brightened a bit for more of a beach experience.

We enjoyed our stay. Location and beach view were great. Place had plenty room for our family of 9. Place was a little outdated but not bad. It would have been nice to have a broom, more than one dish towel and skillets that were usable.

It was perfect for what we needed. Property was clean and as advertised. Great views from balcony and master bedroom. Property was nicely laid out and was nice to have all those bedrooms for our family. There could be some updating, especially in bathrooms but price was good.

We had a family of 9 for a week. The unit held us well. The location and amenities were great🤗. The beach was amazing!! The unit was clean but could use some updating, particularly the kitchen which was a bit worn, to include pots and pans. However, we would definitely stay there again😊🏖️

Was a very comfortable condo. All kitchen appliances worked well. Had plenty of cooking utensils. Linens were clean and on beds, in baths ready for use. Would recommend staying there.

We rented this condo with another family for a week at the beach with the kids. Everything was just as pictures a little outdated it other than that no issues, we had a small maintenance issue with the handle breaking on one of the toilets but it was taken care of immediately. The kids loved the pool/lazy river. Quick beach access with hoses to rinse the sand off was a plus as we had 5 small children with us. All in all it was a great stay.

This is an older unit with some wear and tear. We noticed some maintenance issues, like a broken microwave handle, and reported them to Seaside who immediately offered to send someone over to fix it and the other issues. I would definitely work with them again. This is a roomy condo with a good amount of beds. During our stay, there were no inflatables for the lazy river. Not sure if that was due to COVID, but they do have chairs around the pool and lazy river to use.

Verandas 401 is nice but outdated and dirty. There was dirt on the air vent in the hallway, visible to everyone who walked in the condo. the window sill and track for the sliding door were dirty and disgusting. The areas around the showers were rusty and cracking. One of the sinks in the master bathroom, kept clogging up. Evident that they must not clean the sinks because it clogged when we just brushed our teeth. The fan in the master bathroom didn't work, if there was one...This place needs a refresh of paint and a good cleaning The door to the "fire escape" stairs was broken. We called the emergency line, it was never fixed, instead someone propped it open. The only positive was the location and there were enough dishes for 8-10 people. but there was only one dish towel and cloth for the kitchen, so take your own. Wouldn't recommend this condo

This unit wasn’t as updated as it looked on the website. We do understand that with Covid it’s hard to have a good cleaning service so we overlooked a lot of things . Management was quick to see to our needs . The owners need to look in on the place now and then to see how things are working or not working . Dishwasher took at least 2 hours to run a cycle and even then dishes were dirty . We hand washed ours , no big deal . With all that’s going on in the world the last few years , it was just good to get away . Price should have went down as the cleanliness of the place must have . We swept and wiped up floors before we even unpacked .
