When we arrived there was sand all over the condo. There hasn’t been a good cleaning for a long time. There is a piece on the shower in the room with a double and single bed to help keep the water in and it was falling off. Had a broken towel rack on the wall. The bathroom sink faucet was gross. The screen door to the balcony was torn. We brought our own bedding and when I went to make the bed the mattress covers were dirty. The quilts on the bed look and feel dirty. It was nice to be right there on the beach but I will NEVER stay here again

We enjoyed the location, the beach, and access to restaurants and shopping. The beds were not so good. The beds made a noise every time you turn over. They were uncomfortable, and we didn't sleep well the whole time we were there. The beds had sand on the comforters. The bathrooms were not clean, i.e., soap scum where the soap had laid and a razor cover in the shower. The floors had not been swept. I found a roll of toilet tissue, a ring, and lots of dust under the beds, sofa, and chairs. With new mattresses and a good cleaning before each stay, this would be a great rental. Not fancy, but adequate.

Location was great but apartment could have used a better cleaning. Water had strong sulfur smell that if we had a heads up, we could have let the water run for a long time before using. Elliot Reality was very helpful.

Overall, this is a great lil condo. It definitely needs some updates with the washer/dryer and kitchen supplies, but the overall place is good. The master bedroom bed squeaks a LOT. The other beds do not as much. It's super close to the beach and has easy parking. There was construction going on to the front of the building while we were there. While it looked a little bad, we were never disturbed by noise, etc.
