Pros:Excellent location right on beachPlenty of space and seatingCloser full of beach gear (chairs, toys, boogey boards)Cons:Clean on surface, but it was not as clean as expected when considering the hefty cleaning fee.WiFi info was incorrect and even after contacting office we never received valid login credentials.

Condo needs a major deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entry to this condo the floors were dirty (sand, dirt, food, paci on the floor, etc). We have stayed in this building before so we knew we liked the location. But honestly wouldn’t stay in this condo again until it’s thoroughly cleaned and the HVAC ducts are cleaned. Our feet were black after walking on the floors for 10 minutes. Went to play a game that was in the bunk room closet and the box was covered with mold on the inside. We took a photo just in case. For having to pay the cleaning fee and then having to clean it ourselves was upsetting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It has been nicely updated recently, everything is in working condition. Downside is that it only has two bathrooms for a three bedroom condo. We would like the cleaning company to do a little better but we would definitely rent it again.
