Perfect Beach House for a Relaxing Group Getaway

The house was ideal for our short stay! With three floors, each featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our entire group. Every level had a spacious kitchen table, making group meals easy and enjoyable. We loved spending time on the deck, especially during the beautiful sunsets. The location offered easy beach access and was in a relatively quiet area. The host was incredibly accommodating, meeting us at the property with clear instructions and quickly responding to any questions or issues. Overall, we highly recommend this property for any large group looking to stay right by the beach!

Excellent for our family with a wide range of ages

This was a trip of 23 people ranging from 1 to 75 and this house accommodated us very nicely! Loved that there was a hot tub and so easy to get to the beach. There is a difference as far as wear and tear in the different levels which is expected. Found a few issues (not urgent) that we addressed to the property managers and they responded right away.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our large family reunion. The fact that it was ocean front and so easy to walk right to the beach made everything even better. Having three floors of not only living rooms and bedrooms, but also full kitchens, made the house wonderful for our event. It would have been nice to have had screens on the sliding doors and windows so we could have opened them to listen to the waves at night, but that probably could have had an affect on the air conditioning, which was really needed due to the summer heat. Perfect all the way around.

Family Reunion

Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Amenities were almost adequate. A few disrepair issues with shower/bathtubs and sliding doors. But easy access to beach with strict and ridiculous “shade” rules—only 6’ or less umbrellas, no shibumis! Washer/dryer on every floor a plus. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels, etc. Hot tub was green, even though cleaned twice while we were there.

Family reunion

Great property for 18 family member ti enjoy a family reunion. The upper floors of this facility were in excellent condition. The ground floor needs some updating (painting, new flooring) as the wear from renting is starting to show

Great location. Perfect Family vacation

My family selected this location because it is ocean front and there was enough space for us to spread out and everyone have their own space. The listing was exactly like the images. We enjoyed the property and it’s amenities.
