Great Beachfront condo

The place is a perfect beachfront apartment. Excellent sleeping options as well as parking. The host is easy to contact and accommodating if needed. I would stay here again!

Loved the condo!

Great Stay!

Very enjoyable stay. The beach is beautiful. Love the location, not too crowded. The pool is small & seemed a little run down/cloudy. But, all in all was great!

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving stay with friends

The condo was well equipped for our Thanksgiving feast! Enjoyed a great time with friends. The view was incredible and folks at the building were super friendly. Would recommend to others and will stay here again.

Awesome Trip

Loved this place! The location can't be beat - right on the beach and in the middle of serious shopping and restaurants. We will be staying here again!! We also loved the feeling of security with the building codes!! The condo had lots of room and functionality!

Beach vacation

Fantastic condo for our beach vacation. Great location, perfect size for our group of 5, quiet corner unit with great views. Pools were never crowded. Many good dining options and family friendly attractions nearby. Great communication with owner and prompt with all answers to our questions. Will absolutely stay again.

Awesome getaway

Very nice condo with all the furnishings needed for a weekly stay. Everything was clean and orderly upon arrival. Communication with the owners was top notch throughout the booking process and instructions were easy to understand. We had a stress free week and will definitely look here for our next vacation.

Great location, close all NMB attractions & great food. Very close to grocery store & drug store. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated. Plenty of space. Very nice lobby with books & games to borrow with plenty of space in the lobby. Nice pool inside & out.

It was the perfect vacation!!

By far, one of our favorite vacations! We had the best views of the ocean AND I could see the fireworks over at barefoot landing lol. They condo came with everything we needed and was very clean. We never had far to travel if we wanted to go do any shopping, or wanted to go play a round of mini golf! We really enjoyed our time and can't wait to make a return trip!

Clean oceanfront condo

Great location in NMB in a clean, well equipped unit. Randy was wonderful and easy to work with. Nice indoor and outdoor pools and steps to the beach. Unit is a bit dated (carpet, bathrooms and kitchen) which was the only factor in 4 vs 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Vacation

Condo is lovely. The complex is quiet and everything that you need is in the unit. Property management is very helpful. The Keurig wasn't working and they replaced it the same day. If only the balcony was a tad larger. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This rental was just as described/pictured. It was very clean, well stocked, and adorably decorated. It’s in a great location with parking on site. The view from the balcony is magnificent. The beach itself it fantastic. The check in process was a breeze. Randy was very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. North Myrtle Beach is gorgeous and peaceful. We will be back to this property!

Great Vacation!

This condo was perfect for the 7 of us. The Communication With the owner was amazing he always got back to all my emails quickly. No issues with checking in and the condo was just like the pictures. The only issues we had was the queen bed was not very comfortable and every time you moved it was very loud, my husband couldn’t even roll over without waking me up. The view was amazing, the building is well taken care of and the pool was super clean. We had a great stay!

Best vacation!!

The condo was great. We stayed in 907. It had everything you would need. The shower pressure was good and we always had hot water. Great location right on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and nicely decorated. My granddaughter loved the pools. It was quiet also. We never heard anyone else while in the condo. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again and again. Thanks Randy and Debbie for the great accommodations!!

Needs some TLC

Great location, easy check in Unit needs some work. Cabinet door fell off our first few minutes there in the kitchen. All of them need work none close properly and need work. Needs a detail cleaning under beds are filthy, fridge needs cleaning and keireg brewer doesn’t work. Enjoyed our stay but could have been better.

Sea side serenity

We were so lucky to see right whale from the balcony as well as several dolphins! This older building has gotten a nice facelift and renewed small indoor heated pool. It is very clean and everything in this roomy condo is working even if the finishes show some age. Couches, beds and the recliner are real comfy for readers, gamers and naps. This beach yielded a good harvest of seashells too, compared to others we have visited, and the breezes are good for kites. We had a great month here hiding from the snow in Maine.

Birthday Getaway

My husband, my mother, and I took our 7 year old to the beach for his birthday on Father's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. The room looks exactly like the pictures. We had no trouble getting in the room or finding parking. It was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed in the room. The location was close to all major attractions. We were 15 mins from Broadway at the beach with traffic. We were 3 mins from Barefoot Landing and about 5 mins to the Tanger Outlet. We will definitely be back. The layout was perfect. The ocean and beach view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night.

Perfect place to see beautiful sunrises!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit. It is decorated nicely and the views of the sunset are spectacular! The unit has everything you need for a stay and it is a great place to go with friends. Centrally located and easy to get to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the beach and lots of great restaurants! The furniture is a little dated and we found the king bed uncomfortable but when I let them know at the end of my stay they said I should have spoken up sooner as they would have brought a new one in the next day! Nothing to complain about there! I should have said something sooner and they were very responsive before and after my stay.

Convenient, safe, clean!

This condo was very clean! The bedrooms were perfect for our family! The view was amazing from the balcony. We felt safe, the area was quiet with very little traffic. We saw many of the homeowners during our stay, so we know the complex is well cared for and rules get enforced for everyone safety and enjoyment. The condo was extremely convenient to local attractions ( bonus with kids in the car!) . Walmart and ALDI are very close by for groceries. We even had to visit the CVS for the minute clinic and RX......all right down the street. The owners were great to work with and readily available for questions or issues. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Simple, small condo

We enjoyed our stay. The communication with the owner (management company) was easy and efficient. The condo was surprisingly on the small, narrow side so when all 6 of us were in the living room it felt a little cramped. We were pretty disappointed with the small balcony, inaccurately assuming that both the views detailed in the listing and the fact that it was an end unit meant that we would have more space out there. 4 people could be out there max at a time and that’s not with everyone facing the ocean. The amenities on the property were decent but also on the small side, and for such a large property this meant the pool was very crowded in the afternoon. All in all it was a good trip with no blaring issues (besides the small balcony). We probably would not stay there again though.
