「Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message...

「The view was lovely and the room was clean, however you had to go get you own clean towels which is no big deal unless they have hair balls on them. Also it would have been nice to know before booking and paying in full you are told a check in there is a 10 dollar a day fee to park at a hotel you are already booked at and paid for. That being said the over flow parking is a dirt lot or across 4 lanes. They should make their employees park there instead of taking up 2 spaces backed in.」

「The view wasn’t good . Had hard time trying to find the house . The house needs to be remodeled. Had bugs . Have to bring everything like toilet paper, wash clothes etc . The only thing good about it was the price of the house」

I finally went to the staff and had to tell them about the dog barking in the room. The couch had black marks on it (unknown from what. Went to get the breakfast with family. They stated I need a piece of paper that I should have gotten when i checked in. I told them I did not get one when I check in. They told me to go stand in line up from and get tickets...

「Poor WiFi, room phone didn’t work half the time. LR tv took 10 minutes until picture appeared. Poor guide service. Hot tub dirty, pool cloudy. Upon arrival one elevator didn’t work.」

「The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!」

「The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.」
