Loved the interior decor with the mermaid theme!! So whimsical. There's also a really nice view of the ocean too from the screen porch outside! Can't complain when you're pretty much right on the beach. Palmwood Villas never disappoints; I think their condo owners really take of their units! 🧜ðŸ¼‍♀ï¸

Needs TLC

Few maintenance issues should be addressed; patio door does not shut; door off bedroom to outdoor screened room unable to open, needs much TLC. Back of sofa torn across top/will soon tear off. Blinds in dining room missing slats. Closet floors full of items/pillows/ stuff - really don’t want to use anything in them. Cleaning company mediocre. Not what the pictures show. Wouldn’t recommend.
