Great stay

Location was awesome. The house was great size for us and extended family and right on the beach. So close to tons of shopping and dining places. Elliott Beach Rental staff were very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

They thought of EVERYTHING! An individual icemaker unit that filled up quickly so we had enough for a full day on the beach. 2 dishwashers! Regular fridge & mini fridge. Elevator was great getting heavy luggage up at arrival and down for departure. Oceanfront, so the view from the balconies was amazing. Elliott (manager) was courteous, professional, and friendly. Emails and texts reminding us of important information and a place to call if issues arose (which they did not). When I say this was perfect for our family, I sincerely mean it. Everything from beginning to end was beautiful. This was our second year in this unit and we couldn't be more pleased.

Overall, a great week at the beach.

We had several issues with this property. The two main issues (dirty floors and a broken bed) were addressed by the property manager after we made 3 office contacts. This unit is in a wonderful location and has spectacular ocean views and terrific beach access.

Renewing my love of the beach

We stayed at Sunside Days B before Covid and it was so perfect for us that we decided to return. A large place with plenty of space, it allowed our family pets to join us and having the elevator were just a few of the perks.. The pool, even though small, was perfect for those of us to continue our water exercises. Unfortunately the pool area did not have access for handicapped. We certainly hope to return to Seaside someday to get refilled.

most filthy place I have ever stayed!

Beautiful property. It was disgusting inside. The pool was disgusting. The host stopped answering calls and emails. Only received a partial refund. A nightmare vacation.
