Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

The shower curtain in the hall bath is fabric and clings to you when you try to take a shower. Also, the drain was broken. I loved the fact that the condo was well lit. The unit needs to have a full length mirror.

Perfect location in NMB with a beach that wasn’t too crowded. They provide a closet that has some beach supplies (the umbrella was broken, but it had boogie boards, etc.). They also provide beach towels if needed. They provided plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was VERY stocked if you desire to cook in. The management company was easy to work with when we had a few issues (nothing major, mainly a leaky sink and wanted to report the broken umbrella). Would highly recommend booking your next beach vaca here :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay,fantastic location.3 month stay at this unit (Jan,Feb,Mar). Unit was clean and well stocked. It has everything you would need for the beach (beach chairs,towels,umbrellas,etc.) I've stayed in many units over the years but none stocked as well as this one. The cleaning products exceeds expectations and I found myself ordering many of the products for my home in PA.There were numerous renovations going on with the entire complex which did create some inconvenient setbacks. I guess that's to be expected when you vacation in the winter months.As usual,the Staff at ODVR could not have been more friendly and helpful.
