Poor communication/ house keeping

Molded ceiling, ceiling falling down into tub because of the mold, garbage disposal didn't work, food left on walls from previous renters, light in other bathroom didn't work. Reported this on 1st day, stayed a week no one came to clean or put a work order in. We got emails back saying they would send some one but nothing came of it, we emailed everyday on the matter. Stayed 7 days.

Cockroach Infestation

We arrived Saturday evening to find the condo dirty and poorly maintained. Every room had carpet stains, chairs were stained, crumbs and food littered the kitchen floor, and food splatters marked cabinets and walls. A vomit smell came from the twin-bed room, and the ocean-view windows were dirty. The main balcony door was broken, forcing access only through a bedroom—no sunrise views as hoped.That night, my mother-in-law found a cockroach in her room. The next morning, more cockroaches appeared—one from the kitchen sink, another in the kid’s bathroom. The rental office was closed both Saturday and Sunday; emergency contacts could only “put in tickets.” We bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the condo ourselves.Sunday evening, someone sprayed roach spray and promised pest control Monday, along with carpet cleaning for the stains and odor. Neither service ever came. By Wednesday, after finding more cockroaches, the company offered a discount.We left Friday with the carpets, odor, and pest issue unresolved. Pest control never arrived, and no professional cleaning was done. While we cleaned enough to feel somewhat comfortable, the unit remained unfit for families—dirty, infested, and disappointing.

We were delighted with the location being on the 2nd floor and looking at the beach. Accommodations

Werefine— little dated.. had some maintenance was needed for minor items and response was quick. All in all it was a fun and relaxing week
