Beach vacation

This is a very nice place to stay! It is about one block from the beach, so you can easily walk to the beach. The Tree house lodge is close to many restaurants and about 0.5 miles from Barefoot landing. I highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

Very Basic

This was the definition of very basic. For the host fees on top of the rest though, they were a bit much. We asked to check in early due to hurricane Debby so we weren't in the rain/wind. We were told they'd let us know if we could check in early and of course never happened. When we got there, it was a ghost town. Pretty sure as the empty as the place was and as small as our room was, it shouldn't take the cleaning group 5 hours to clean it that we couldn't have checked in early. The bed was hard, pillows flat and if you wanted to use the fan for air at night, you had to leave the light on. The location was central to get to things though.

Great area, but we would not recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The location was great, as it is less than a 5 min walking distance to the beach and 10 minutes to barefoot landing plus tons of shopping, but the condo was not a hit. •very small even for just 2 people (both of us are less than 140lbs for reference) •walls are so thin we could hear the people 2 doors down and underneath us (tv, doors, everything) •kitchen had no working light (push light above sink was out of batteries and microwave light did not work) •silverware was kept under the sink which seems unsanitary but there are no drawers in the kitchen •No countertop space in kitchen or bathroom •literally had to turn the shower head towards the wall in order to actually get clean •bad water pressure (shower head needed a good cleaning as some of the nozzles seemed clogged) •there were random hairs near the top of the shower walls, toothpaste stuck to the wallpaper, & huge dust ball came out from under the bathroom sink when I dried my hair •you cannot have the fan on but the light off in the main room as there are 2 lights on 1 switch •bed is firm and pillows are flat •small parking lot, hard to park when it’s full
