Newly remodeled kitchen in 2022, (stylish stone countertops, new cabinets, farm sink) in this Cherry Grove condo here in North Myrtle Beach. The refreshed kitchen is fully equipped with all standard size appliances, including a Keurig, cookware & dishware along w/ other essentials for creating great family meals.

New contemporary vinyl flooring, NO carpet. In the living room is a 46" flat screen TV & new flat screens in the bedrooms w/ Blue Ray DVD players. There is a full size washer and dryer, FREE WiFi and cable.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Sunrise Pointe offers guests rest and relaxation by the pool deck or by the beach! Your reservation includes bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, as well as your departure cleaning.

MASTER BR: New Mattress (April 2020) king bed, oceanfront balcony access from the master too. Enjoy the jetted tub, separate shower, double vanity sinks.
BR 2: 1 Queen Bed, TV + DVD, New Memory Foam Mattress (October 2020) full bath with shower/tub combo, shares access to main living area.
BR 3: 2 Twin beds, TV + DVD, private full bath, shower/tub combo.
DINING: Seating for 6 at the table + 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
LIVING ROOM: New Living Room Furniture -- Sliders to the oceanfront balcony; sofa, love seat, ceramic tile flooring throughout the condo. flat-screen TV & Blue-Ray.
OUTDOOR STORAGE: Owner provides use of beach chairs & umbrellas.

There were 6 total of us. The condo was a great size and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony furnishings were accomodating to all 6 of us. The beach items were a great bonus. Had we known there was beach items we could have saved room in our car. The parking was great as there were 2 cars

My mother is 95 years old, Brother 77, Sister 73 and the baby me 71. We have always went to the beach every year. Use to be with our kids and husbands. But they have all grown or no longer here. So we went together this year and had so much fun sitting on the balcony people watching, playing Scrabble, cards and eating out. We love the condo. It was very roomy and the 3 bathroom were great. Hopefully we can make it again next summer!

Wonderful and will stay again! First time at a condo in the Myrtle Beach area. The view was wonderful with a very large balcony that extended from the living room to the master bedroom. Clean. Well stocked kitchen and a great assortment of beach items(chairs, umbrellas) for use. The two other bedrooms were very nice and all of the beds were comfortable. Well cared for unit. Take elevator down to ground level and walk straight out to a clean beach.

A nice clean condo overlooking a quite stretch of the beach, away from all of the heavy tourist activity. The only negative is that there are no stores, restaurants, or other amenities within walking distance to this location.

Perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation with family. Lots of beach time, great restaurants and nearby attractions. For this location good to bring the following soap, trash bags, paper Products. Sinks don’t drain well other than that enjoyed the spectacular sunrises and beach views.

Kitchen didn't have any basic spicies, like salt and pepper, which would have been nice. Sheets were a bit stiff and scratchy. Might be worth it to bring your own. Pool area lacking.....no sun in the area with water, and very small. Trash cans STUNK badly passing through on the way back and forth to the beach. Elevators were VERY slow. None if these things stopped us from having a good time. It's always great at the beach. Just wanted other to be aware.

This property is just as advertised. It's in a good location and the view of the beach from the balcony is to die for. Everything was clean and organized. There were only two of us staying, but the condo is large and would be fine for a couple and another family of four. Even has twin beds for the kids. Had everything we needed. Spent a wonderful week and can't wait to come back.

From the moment we walked in the door we were enthralled with not only the view, which was incredible, but also the cleanliness of the condominium, the decor, and the entire facility. It was the perfect size for all of us - My husband and I, our son and daughter-in-law, and are two grandsons ages three and five. Will definitely be booking this lovely condominium again!

Beautiful ocean view, clean and quite location. Beds we’re comfy and pictures online of rooms are what you get. The only thing we didn’t like was you are assigned 2 parking spots which are on end of parking garage and if you can’t back down to park when someone is parked across from you it would be an issue. We had no issues and would definitely rent again.

We loved the location of this rental and the ease of access to everything. The pools provided a lot of different places for kids to play and there easy beach access. Only complaints are that only one of the building elevators was working a majority of the week, and the unit was not cleaned very well - lots of dust, hair, etc on things. Otherwise, it was a great rental.

Great ocean front condo. Pictures actually go with the condo! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of towels as well. Having chairs and other beach needs was an added plus! The only downside was only having two assigned parking places. When you have 6 adults you usually have three vehicles. Fortunately we were able to secure parking in a spot where no one was staying.
