「Highest price paid ever for 2 nights for way below average hotel. Horrible rip off for the quality of properties, amenities and breakfast. How businesses rip off, this is an example of my stay here. Not recommended」

「I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from...

「Housekeeping doesnt come during your stay. Didnt like that. Restaurant and tiki bar close wayyy too early. Our room was decent. Needed some work. Good place but wont stay again」

「There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.」

「The place is a total dump. I would suggest that you would find a better place to stay. As a matter a fact you should definitely remove this property from your site! They tell you that the remaining balance would be taken out once you check in when in fact that take from your account the following day with no refunds.」

「Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.」

「I have never been so disappointed at a rental property and this was my first time to book a place through Expedia. The picture and description of what I rented were not accurate and when i received a call that I could have an upgrade, i was happy about that. If what I got was an upgrade, I am glad I didn't get the first one. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.」

「I think the issues I had were specific to the exact day that I stayed on property. The line to check in was long due to system issues and there was no A/C in the lobby so it was very hot and nothing was being addressed to people waiting. When I checked in, their system to create room keys was down so we did not get a room key. The system stayed down for the remainder of my stay so I had to constantly ask to be let into my room. Sometimes if someone opening my room got there before my elevator...

「There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.」
