「The room was very damp even with the AC on. It felt like the carpet having steam clean and not dried and it made our clothes feel damp.」

「Make sure not to get the last room on the first floor as you will be woken up by the noise from the employees coming in and out of the lockers or equipment room door closing loud enough to wake us up multiple times. The other rooms are safe from that Other than that, all was great!」

「The staff couldn’t have been any kinder and helpful. The place was reasonably priced and in a great location. I have a giant breed dog everyone guest and staff were super kind to my gentle giant. We’re hoping to stay here again!」

「Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.」

「Very friendly and professional staff. Our condo was clean and spacious. Our view of the outside pools and beach was impeccable! We experienced the breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner on the days we didnt want to cook or go out. Food was ok and the servers were great. All the bartenders were great!! I will definitely return.」

「The bathroom and kitchen area were unclean. There was a roach in the bathroom, the night we got there, and there was used soap and hair stuck to the wall of the bathtub. The bathtub was not cleaned. Obviously there was garbage on the floor in front of the kitchen area. I was in total shock. I realized how dirty the bathtub was the day after I got there when I wanted to take a shower. I went downstairs around 9:30 AM and told the front desk. They sent someone to clean it. I would like to...
