“Enjoyed our stay, very clean and well kept. Great staff”

“We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there……

“Are breakfast for the 1st time in their restaurant for the 1st time of many stays and it was very tasty. Workers in the restaurant could have been nicer!! Grounds outside were very well kept up. Appreciated I guess security letting their presence be seen!!!! We never needed him but made me feel safer seeing him there. Also really appreciated him letting us all know when a storm was coming. Love the availability to many restaurants. Unless I switch beaches I don’t see me staying any where else.”

“There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.”

“I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from……

“Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! We left 10 minutes of being there!!!! DO NOT trust this company!!!!! DIGUSTING is not even strong enough!!!!!!!!!”

“Private beach access. One point to consider is there is no elevator, so ability to use stairways is a must. ”

“The breakfast left much to be desired. Prepared foods are nice, but some of them when reconstituted were not all that good. In addition, the air conditioner in room 209 did not always work. It would shut off in the middle of the night, leaving the room, very stale”

“the property was very clean and the amenities were nice. we did speak to the staff because we were having problems in the elevator and got stuck in it three times and had to call for help and the front desk didn’t seem to concerned about it at all. they didn’t shut the elevator down or anything. we spoke to them twice about it and nothing was fixed and the didn’t apologize to us or anything. we were stuck in the elevator for ten minutes and they didn’t care. other than that everything else was……
