Dirty

When we arrived we found the linens on the bed were really stained and the floors were filthy. The kid’s feet were black from running around on them. A pill was found in the floor of the closet where the kids were playing. There were cockroaches in and on the cabinets. One of the toilets was broken. We were told that someone would be out to fix it that day and no one showed. The bathtub and sink drains were clogged. And the list continues. We paid over $3,000 for our stay and it was by far the nastiest house I’ve ever stayed in. After contacting the rental company multiple times with complaints we were only offered a refund for only HALF of our cleaning fee! Truly disgusted and won’t be renting again.
