Pool was a disaster!

Family of 7 arrived for our annual vacation in Cherry Grove. House needed some routine maintenance-outside stair railing was extremely loose, towel bars in two bathrooms were falling off the walls, ice maker didn’t work properly and ping pong table was unusable. Biggest frustration was with the pool. Upon arrival the pool had lots of algae and debris. Issue was reported on four consecutive days to property management. Property management notified pool company multiple times. When they came out, the two young workers skimmed the pool and poured chemicals. Assured me that would take care of the problem. Finally on the fourth day (Tuesday) a member of our group cleaned the pool. Never saw the pool cleaning company again. Some members of my family still didn’t want to use the pool. Home and pool need some maintenance and TLC.

Very nice rental! We enjoyed our stay, will definitely consider renting this property again! Only negative was the hot water was not that hot, although I can see maybe it is done so people don’t take advantage of long hot showers. The only complaint on the pool and hot tub was that we did have some severe weather and a lot of leaves went in the pool and hot tub, but the accessories to clean it out were not in very good shape, again I could see where people would probably destroy anything nice , but maybe something to consider is picking up new ones at rental office and returning them in good condition? All in all a great vacation!

Very nice house needs a few upgrades like the grill and outdoor shower but other than that it was great. Self heating pool nice hot tub. Nice to relax in the evening.
