Home away from home

Anytime my family and I stay in this unit, it's always an experience to remember. We love staying here. The family that owns this property is amazing and accommodating. We plan to book again next year.

Luxury Villa

This villa was fantastic! We were in town for a family wedding. The home was clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities. Host was very responsive and polite. Would highly recommend this property!

Awesome condo!

There was so much space and only steps from the beach! The pool is very small and shared, the parking is extremely tight, and we had people staying around us who were loud, but those were the only negatives. Tim was very responsive and overall we had a great time!

Overall, clean and comfortable. The downside was the bed listing is inaccurate, parking was horrible and the elevator stopped working on check out day and the pool is tiny.

Great for golfers

Very nice villa! We had 10 adult golfers. Each had their own comfortable bed. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Has everything you need for a large group. Among of the best VRBO I've ever rented.

This place was wonderful. Very clean, great acceas to the beach, roomy for all of us with extraa auch as spices,coffee,coolers beach toys booie boards. Kitchen was well equiped for large numbers. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Get Away

Great weekend spot for a large family get together. Plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for all. Large dining area and hang out area. On site games, pool table and local shopping kept everyone entertained. Just across the street from a beautiful section of the beach. Would definitely stay again.. Bill from North Carolina

Sisters Getaway

The home was exactly as advertised. clean, spacious and very inviting. It had a warm homely feel which made our trip very enjoyable. We also loved the fact that there were no pets allowed. The rental is huge, clean and just across the street from a lovely beach. The beach across from the rental is the only one with a life guard station for several blocks. This should give families some peace of mind. Tim was lovely to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. The layout was great. Plenty of room for everyone to eat and play games together. The kitchen was awesome, well equipped with everything you need. The bonus was having 2 refrigerators. Definitely planning to return!

Wonderful place!

We were a group in our 40s down for a guys weekend and the house was perfect for us. When everyone came in the response was unanimous, "Wow, this place is nice!" This place is set up perfectly for any large group of people. Plenty of seats, two living and gaming (pool and cards for us) spaces, lots of dining space, two fridges, and plenty of beds for all. Great house and great experience. Thank you, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be.

A Great Place in a Fantastic Location

Overall our stay was very good and I would definitely book this property again. It is very spacious and definitely accommodates a large group. The A/C went out downstairs about halfway through our trip. I communicated the issue to the owner, and he advised that we turn the unit off to see if that would resolve the issue. Once it didn't, he quickly got a maintenance team out to fix it. My only real critiques are that the listing pictures need to be updated. There is no longer a sectional couch in the living room - it's been replaced with two recliners and two small couches. Also, master bathroom could use a little more attention - just basic things like putting in a decent shower curtain and floor mat could make a big difference. Overall, a nice place at a good property and great location. Wouldn't take much to change my listing to 5-star.

Enough room for 4 families

During our stay, four families occupied this unit: Grandpa and Grandma, son and wife and two teenage children, granddaughter and husband and 3 little children (ages 5,3 and 1) and a second granddaughter and husband with one child (age 1). There were sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The younger generation enjoyed the nearby beach. With four little kids, there was a lot of noise, but 95% of it was happy noise, which is more than OK! I did get some quiet time when I went onto the deck to read. All in all, it was a really nice vacation, enjoyed by all, and we may well repeat it next year.

Spacious Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was very spacious for a large group. Nice bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for a group of 20. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking for a group and plenty of seating for all of us. We would stay again! Parking was a little difficult. Larger vehicles had to pull up and back up multiple times to get in parking spots and after 4ish there was not enough parking. Cars parked everywhere, even in none parking spots. Our young adult kids went out one night and when they returned they had to park in front of the trashcan. Everyone that was parked in non parking spots tried there best to not block anyone and our daughters vehicle was not towed and we moved it the next morning as soon as a spot was available.

Perfect for a family reunion

We had a family reunion here - 4 different sisters and our parents met up for a beach vacation. We spanned 2-60years if she and everyone enjoyed the stay. (15 people) The owners care about your entire experience - from little coolers and ice packs to beach chairs, and from Aloe to games and movies ….. the little touches made all the difference. With two levels, all the littles could go to bed while the adults had time to socialize and not disturb them during nap or bedtime. The two fridges were a huge help for so many people. We had a couple minor issues, but the owners were very responsive and took care of things immediately. We did find some leftover clothing from the guests before us…hence the 4/5 stars for cleanliness, but the place was overall clean. We would 100% stay here again.
