"This hotel in the Namba area, is very modern, clean, good room sizes, (with king bed options) wonderful staff. We stayed 2 nights, chose the breakfast option which has a large variety of western and local options. The area is walking distance (approx 20 minutes) to some of the various attractions - Dotonbori, Shinsekai food district, River Walk, etc. Nearby malls a few minute walk away, and access to subway lines through the malls. Highly recommend Centara Grand."

"Clean and upscale at a reasonable price point. Staf very curteous and centrally located to the entirety of the city of Osaka. Will definitely stay there again at some point. "

"Friendly staff, excellent location - walking distance to Dontonbori, Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Amerikamura, as well as local train stations to travel further afield. Room (Hollywood twin) was sized as expected, beds and pillows very comfortable, and we had the convenience of an ensuite, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Toiletries provided, house keeping daily, and a microwave, ice machine and washer dryer combos were available on the 2nd floor for guests to use. Luggage storage available, complimentary umbrellas to borrow during wet weather. Highly recommend."

"Property is nice and close to many attractions. There is also transportation (JR line) close by. Lots of food options and small shops. Close to Starbucks. Aquarium and railway museum just around the corner. 7-11 is just right beside hotel. Currency exchange machine at 7-11 as well. "

"The room is a bit small, which is typical for hotels in Japan, but the location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to Dotonbori. The morning breakfast buffet is also great. "
