“Good”

“I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. She also denied us a first floor and have us two rooms in the 2nd floor all the way in the back. My group is over 62 years old and we had……

“The room was clean when we arrived and the view of the ocean was great. Downside is that we had to ask for clean linens and towels because they did not show up to clean our room at all. The breakfast was same food every morning and the best part was just a normal waffle. For the price you get what you pay for I guess.”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“Lovely condo with private parking. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Area was very quiet. Walked past pool but didn't go inside, looked good and clean. Beach a short distance, walkable, and very clean. Would stay with them again.”

“The location was super convenient with easy access to the beach, food, and shops. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, and the pools were great. However, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, there was significant mildew growth in the bathroom, and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were falling apart.”

“Excellent location by the water, a city park across street good for taking a walk, a lot of restaurants around, less than 10 min driving to the miles of beach at the south side. Hotel room is very spacious and clean, will come back if I visit Port Aransas again.”

“They’re rooms we’re absolutely amazing and oh my gosh we loved Jennifer she’s the sweetest soul ever and her dog Annie is so adorable and sweet they were way more then accommodating they were over the best i absolutely loved staying with them and we will absolutely stay with them again!! My favorite place on the island such sweet and caring staff and family they are so special and amazing I’m so glad we got to have an extra amazing experience from this family’s resort they treat you like family……

“The front desk staff is really nice! The rooms not so much. Not as clean as they should be. Old furniture that should be thrown out asap. Broken front door security bar. Broken shower handle. They did give us a refund of 1 day as we planned to stay 3 but 2 was enough. Glad they were nice about it. These were simple fixes it's too bad they haven't taken care if it. The worst was when we left we put the DO NOT DISTURB notice on door. They totally disregarded it and came in to clean ac unit. I……
