“The room was very large and nice. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.
I had trouble with the lighting. There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold.
I was not told that there would be an additional $39 parking fee added on to the room charge. This upset me. The manager seemed to think that everyone should know that you have to pay to……

“Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. ”

“Check-in was easy, as was check-out. Breakfast was good. The only thing I noticed was there was a cleaning cloth that was left on the counter in our bathroom. Beyond that, the room was clean and comfortable.”
