「Unsafe Hygiene - We stayed twice a week apart. Room 2 on the 2nd floor was OK, albeit the ceiling leaked and the toilet is dated. The second stay we had to stay on the ground floor; it’s basically unusable. We found rat feces in the bed, replacement room had windows that won’t close, open air bathroom to street, room full of mosquitos, mold on walls, flood damaged flooring. We left (along with gentleman in room next door). Still waiting on the refund. Property has potential but needs $100K in...

「No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

「Gosto muito deste hotel. Funcionários bem vestidos, excelente aparência e muito profissionais, educados, cordiais. Me senti segura aqui o q é uma das minhas prioridades. Limpeza excepcional, cans super confortáveis, café da manhã super delicioso com varias opções. A única coisinha pequena é que na parede de traz da torneira do banheiro está solta e ficou um pouco feio aquilo assim saindo do lugar quando abro a torneira do chuveiro. Mas o resto nota máxima. Excelente. Recomendo este hotel. 」
