“The room temp could not be adjusted or controlled, it was humid and warm and uncomfortable to sleep. Behind the beds was dusty, dirty, and had food remnants that were not vacuumed. ”

“The hotel staff was attentive and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet however the hallways were very warm. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options coffee stations were great. My only complaint is that the pool was kept too cold.”

“The hotel is well maintain and beautiful. The staff was super helpful as we arrived very early and had a cooler. They kept it inside and even froze our meats since we had to keep traveling the next day. We felt safe and happy. The elevators are a bit tricky since they all go different places such as the garage but they are well labeled, you just got to READ the signs. I had breakfast outside in their garden area and my only complain was the dog poop trash was so close to the table that has the……
