「I enjoyed my stay here with a group of 7, all non-couples. Everyone got their own room and bed, which speaks to how large the place is. We were drawn to the place because of the size and the games/recreational features. 「Great accommodations, older house, well refurbished. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to walk around, convenient to the Salt Lake area. We stayed here two nights with family, too quick to really enjoy the property, but really just a nice residential home. Ventilation wasn’t great in the convert master bedroom, but the rest of the house was. Nice and cool in the basement rooms, washer and dryer was nice to have.」

「We were a group of 14 family members coming from all areas of the country for my son’s graduation from the U. The house was exactly as described. We were all very comfortable and the views are amazing. Roger was pleasant and easy to work with. He was responsive but also respectful of our privacy. Would highly recommend his house. 」

Great on the inside, a bit "dormitory" looking on

"We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. "
