「Lovely apartment, key pick up will be after 4pm Monday to Thursday as the bar is closed beforehand. There is NO ALLOCATED PARKING PERMIT. Staff are lovely at the two businesses downstairs which offer 10% discount for anyone staying here.
We lived the apartment so much, it's got a great vibe and had everything we required.」

「Great location however the house was not clean on arrival despite owner stating it had been cleaned. I needed to clean sour milk which was throughout the fridge. There was lots of mould and damp spots in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen and damaged our food.Owner advised he was trying to patch up the kitchen roof.Unable to use shower as this also leaked into kicheb. Owner suggested i just dry up the leaks and they should "stop...

「We had a fantastic weekend. The property was imaculate with a lovely homely feel with very high end touches. It is in a great location tucked away just off the main st of tynemouth but we heard no noice what so ever and in walking distance to everything . It is dog and child friendly appart from the beautiful wooded stair where care was required with our toddler. A lot of thought has gone into this property and it shows. Thank you very much for letting us stay we all said we could live there 」

「A spacious property for our family for our weekend stay. Several extras including a full fruit bowl, milk , wine and butter and beautiful cheese scones added to the experience. Wi-Fi and TV instructions were very clear and easy to use. A variety of excellent local shops and easy access to the beach nearby met the needs of all family members.」
