「Cute little place perfect for 2. Gated and very safe. Location was ideal bc you can walk to everything even in the pouring rain but so quiet- no street noise or bar noise. You can hear if people are parking but that’s it. Just bc your window is right there but not a big deal. Plenty of parking. Check in./check out was a breeze. Air conditioning, hot water, internet and tv (it poured so we did use tv) all great. Bed was very comfy but does dip in the middle. Pillow were good- not the stupid...

「When I arrived the owner came out and showed me exactly where to go. The apartment was small but just what I needed. It was clean, smelled nice, and I appreciate the nice touch of having gentle music and scenery on the TV monitor. Great stay. A couple of unexpected, but friendly dogs were nearby, eager for a pat on the head. All good!」

「A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway. 「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」
