“We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! ”

“The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

I called him and he helped me connect to the generator so my friend's medication in the refrigerator would not be compromised. There were numerous amenities that helped--beach chairs, plenty of towels and supplies for the bathroom and kitchen.”

“Beautiful place. Very clean. Well equipped with everything you need. Host provides beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bathroom with 2 sinks. Balcony with a nice view table and chairs. Beautiful beach on the property and pool. Restaurants and ferry within 5 minutes from property. Highly recommended Clear instructions for everything. Free parking and gated community. Location is great. Close to everything. Highly recommended ”

“This was a lovely place to stay on St. John! Great location close to town, beautiful view, pool and outdoor shower are wonderful. Felt very safe there. Bed is comfortable but sheets slept hot. We had water pressure issues while we were there, but think it was due to one tank running low - it switched to another the morning we checked out and seemed normal. Overall would recommend!!”
