Rum Point Gem

We stayed at #3 Blue recently during our first trip to Grand Cayman and it was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house was huge with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out. We were only steps away from a clean (and cool) pool and just a few more steps from the beach. It was quiet and safe and exactly what we were hoping for! Rum Point is one of the best places to enjoy Grand Cayman with its free lounge chairs and umbrellas, swimming area, snorkeling and a pier to walk out and see the sealife. This property was only two miles from Rum Point! The roads into George Town are well maintained and everything was easy to get to, so we never felt like we were too far for a day trip to see other beaches or experience some of the sights in the hustle and bustle of town. Highly recommend this place!

A lovely setting for a fun and relaxing week with friends. The house was perfect for 3 couples and we very much enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool looking over the beautiful tropical water. We hope to return someday!

Comfortable House on Beautiful North Side

We loved our stay at this property! We had 5 adults interested in relaxing for a long weekend. The rooms, beds, bathrooms and showers, good A/C and fans made for a very comfortable stay and the house was very clean. Great location - short drive to the beautiful Rum Point and Kaibo beaches and our favorite restaurant - Over the Edge! Easy check in and communication with the host. Thanks for everything!

We had a great time! The house was perfect size for 7 people-plenty of room for all of us. The pool was great. However, the beach area was not what we were anticipating. We drove to 7 mile beach several times to enjoy the beaches but did not seem to mind the drive because we all enjoyed the seclusion and privacy of this home.

Amazing Property

We stayed at one of the units for 8 days. Property and the location is stunning. I had my morning coffee watching the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The house, is large and spacious and is well equipped. Kids loved to spend time in the pool. This property would also be great if you have a large group as you can rent out multiple units. Getting into the ocean from the property is not easy especially for kids. We snorkelled just a few miles away, near the Chisholms grocery store.. Go early around 6:30am to see lots of fish. Rum point Beach, which is close by, is a great beach to visit. Property Management is very responsive and easy to communicate with especially on whatsapp. We did have an issue with an appliance and they did everything possible to rectify it. There's also no crazy laundry list of things you have to do when you check out. I was a little worried when I paid for the booking outside of the VRBO payment process, something i have never done before.. I was even more worried when the address seemed suspicious( has 1234) in it. It's all good and everything is legit, and as described in the listing. All in all great property, can't wait to be back. Excellent Management

The property manager Sean went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. Seriously a great guy! The unit was well equipped. The area was nice and quiet, which is more of what I look for in a vacation spot; and it's an easy drive to two very beautiful beaches.

This property is very comfortable and well suited for a family vacation. The kitchen, baths, and pool area are well stocked with needed supplies. The grill was clean and the tank was full. Most importantly, perhaps, the management team was responsive and very flexible.

Perfect stay in Rum Point

We rented two of the villas (Blue and Cream) for a first time multigenerational family visit to Grand Cayman. The properties were perfect for us! Spacious, very well equipped, comfortable, and wonderfully clean. The five villas are situated around a common pool that offers terrific ocean views and one can hear the ocean at each property. Close enough to easily move between villas on concrete paths however far enough apart to still have privacy. Lots of pool toys, coolers, lounge furniture and outdoor dining and card playing options. It is a natural beach where you can snorkel from and easily see lobsters, fish and coral. Recommendations: bring water shoes for the coral, stay indoors at dusk until total darkness as well as very early morning as the mosquitos in Cayman are legendary. Do go out and see the unbelievable night sky (after 9:00 pm). If flying in be sure to stock up your food supplies - if a crowd - at Cost Plus in Georgetown and then supplement at Foster’s and Chisholm’s. Sean - property manager - was wonderful to work with, quick to communicate and very professional. Rum Point proper is a few minutes drive as well as Kaibo Beach and Starfish Point. It’s a great location to stay on property and relax or jump in the car and explore from. Highly recommend and would return!

Out of the way location

The house was great, we especially liked having 3 bathrooms one for each bedroom. The beach is not one that you would sit or lay on, so that was disappointing, but other than that it was a great location. It is removed from 7 mile beach and having to drive back and forth for activities was a bit of a challenge, but worth not having all the tourists around.

Stayed here for 1 week with family. House was beautiful and very clean. Wonderful views and it was nice being on the quieter side of the island. Very easy to get to 7 mile or East end with rental car. Beach area was a bit rocky but with water shoes it was fine. More sandy beach just down the road and Rum Point beach so close so it did not matter. Would recommend to anyone this location. Perfect if going with multiple families or group of friends and renting out more than 1 of the houses.

Very Nice Property and House

The home was as shown in the pictures and in some cases better. Very peaceful location with less hustle and bustle than Seven Mile Beach. We had a great time and plan to return.
