"Staff were all lovely and helpful! Breakfast was great, cooked breakfast brought fresh to you and great selection at continental! Lounge and bar were very comfy and lovely places to relax outside of the room. The bed in the room was large and comfy! Amazing location, right in the centre of Kilkenny (quite noisy on Saturday night but quieter on sunday eve). Room is quite dated and due a refurbish. We were visiting during a heat wave and room was very hot and airless. Reception kindly gave us a fan that helped but window only opens a small amount and doesn't really get any air in."
