Not as advertised. VACASA management didn’t follow up on problem.

Third floor, not second floor. Long stairway to unit with no handrails. Dangerous for small children and grandparents.Key pad required 10 digits to enter and lock when leaving. Pain to have to keep looking up on cell. VACASA management never followed up on problem of sewer smell. Had four electric air fresheners masking smell that ran out of oil. Ice maker didn’t work and couch had old food under cushions. Dressers dusty. Single parking spot unreasonable for eight people. Unit binder threatened towing.HOA has strict 10 PM - 7 AM quiet time. Bus load of skiers came in at 1 AM waking us up.
