"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

The room was clean, bathroom a little outdated, had a good size refrigerator with a working freezer which was nice as we typically pack a cooler daily foe the beach. Check in and out was very easy process and the staff was very helpful. It's our 3rd time staying there. Would stay here again!"
