“My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in September and we had such a great time! The house was so cute! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and afternoons. The house was in close proximity to the beach, and it was any easy walk. The beach was also pretty quiet, but it was beautiful. Liz was an excellent host! She was very quick to respond and super accommodating. Would love to visit again! Thank you for having us! ”

“I wanted a cottage on the bay that was close enough to the water that I did not have to load up the car, carry bulky equipment and make long journeys to bathrooms. With this cottage and location, I had the beach right outside my door. “Truly amazing! Joy was a pleasure working with and answering any and all questions leading up to our trip and after. The place came well stocked with all items listed in description of listing. Truly made our stay so easy. I did the walk from our place to Commercial Street in P-Town and it’s about a 5.25 mile walk round trip and worth doing, bring lots of water or cash to buy some on your route, most places have a 10 min for cards/applepay. “We loved everything about this condo. The space was perfect for 6 of us. It walked right out to the beach which was beautiful. The neighbors were friendly and helpful too. The condo was very clean and the listing had everything listed as it is. We did have to bring sheets and towels but that was in the listing so it was expected. We would stay again tomorrow if we could. ”

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
